Hi, Raj & other wonderful OpenLibrary gurus: Is there any way to only require captchas on edition/work edits ONCE after someone has both (1) logged in and (2) passed one captcha challenge? It's a tad frustrating to have to do captcha over and over in the same visit, especially when I making a lot of small edits in a row.
I definitely don't want OL open to spam (!), but I was hoping you might have a fix for this usability issue. Thanks for all you do! ~Adelle Frank Digitization geek On Mon, 26 Nov 2012 12:10:46 -0800, <[email protected]> wrote: > From: raj kumar <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [ol-tech] OL drowning in spam > To: [email protected], Open Library -- technical discussion > <[email protected]> > Message-ID: <[email protected]> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > We are now required captchas on new account registration as well as > edition/work edits..
