Hey OL Technicians, Jay and I just finished a major new version (2.0.0!) of the openlibrary gem<https://github.com/jayfajardo/openlibrary>. I'd like to write a simple Ruby bot, to show other people how it's done and to make sure everything works on the production site.
Any ideas about what my bot should do? My original idea was to grab excerpts from Wikipedia summaries, but the licensing issues are troubling, and there are probably more pressing issues. And, maybe more importantly, how do I go about getting added to the API usergroup so that I can save changes? John
