Thanks, Raj, for deleting the cover. As for Richard's concern that this may be more widespread, does the addition of a cover show in the record's history? I don't see such a history in this record, but that might be related to what you did to delete it. I'm wondering if we can't trace a user to this cover, and see what other edits that user has done as a way to find other such covers.
Also, I see that I have the option in "manage covers" to delete a cover. Is that true for anyone logged in?
