Thanks for the response. Unfortunate – seems like that really limits what Open Library can be used for. I was pretty excited about the detail of Open Library's data but that licensing language is untenable. In contrast, Musicbrainz is a similar information archive for music with a data license that's far more friendly (and that we're using). We were hoping Open Library would be similar but I guess it's not. Oh well.
