One problem...
In this part:

type: 'GET',
data: {
when i want that the url can change like:
url:document.getElementById('test').value,
With:
<div id="test" value="http://gisopenbaar.overijssel.nl/data/B4/wfs?";;></div>
The WFS will not correctly load in holland:
