Well, I dont think the lake thing was any of my involvement, unless you mean the "lake" of rock I'm building on (old lava flow cap). Sounds like a good plan to me, I'm a firm believer in getting more out of a buck myself, I dont know how local you are or if this company might have a division in your area, but the building I went with was a Macco brand.
