I'm about to put a simple cutoff valve of my heater hose to restrict the hot
water coming to the heater during these hot Texas days. Does it matter which
heater hose the cutoff valve goes on? I'm thinking about putting it back by
the firewall. Am I going to have water level problems when opening or closing
the valve?
