Welcome aboard Rusty. You can do the electrics. Are you going from scratch or using one of the kits of today?.
I did mine years ago before any kits. Just take a circuit at a time and won't get confused. Look at wiring diagrams , no problem asking questions. Not many of us know all the answers but we know some and where to get them maybe. It does not have to be complicated as the factory does it today. Remember, they do not want us to work on our trucks/cars. Are you staying 6 volt or going 12 for using modern conveniences? There are some kits that make it easy and use high temp wire. Parts house wire is not usually high temp like the kits use. Good Luck. Just my Thoughts.
