That's a later model Passenger car carby , the air filter from your old truck 
won't fit . other than that it's fine and Holley used to include a kooky 
aluminum air filter adapter , I'd not have it ion _my_ rig for free although 
these are good carbies .

DO NOT part with your old carby until your truck is running to your 
satisfaction ! .
