Ole red turned over just as nice as you please with the 12 volt system.  I 
checked the coil with a lighe for fire, separated the points and saw a spark, 
changed the spark plug wires and I don't see how things could be any better on 
the ignition side.  She spun and spun but never even tried to fire.

But I did get the brake drum off and contacted a place in CA about a stainless 
steel sleeve estimate.  I have the rest of the wheel cylinder parts sitting in 
carb cleaner for tonight, for the cleaning up routine.
