If you know the original paint color and manufacturer, most auto paint
stores can look it up and mix the paint and then put it in rattle cans for
you. That is what I had done for my 32 Chevy Roadster.

Subject: [old-chevy-truck] Engine paint color

I'm looking for a currently available rattle can paint for my 216 CI motor.
Awhile back someone mentioned a particular Ford engine paint that comes
close to matching the original color of the AD motors. Can someone help me
with the color specs and a source?
