Cars at auction are just like every other item that gets sold. What goes up must come down. Muscle cars are in favour with baby boomers trying to capture their youth. Wait another 10 year or less and they won't be able to give their cars away. Today's young crowd isn't interested in a $30,000 muscle car when they can buy a used Japanese or German car for half the money and go just as fast. About seven year's back Ferraris were selling for close to a million dollars. Now they are selling for less than half that. For those of us with a classic Oldsmobile we are lucky. Not everyone appreciates this brand. The prices to stay in this hobby is still quite reasonable. More power to Craig Jackson if he can make money off of rich people with more money then common sense.
