Title: RE: 1958 Ninety Eight Convert

Yes, it was near Lansing.  Sweden, huh?  Why the demand for convertibles in "snow country"????

Hey Tom:
Was it anywhere near Lansing? I would be interested in finding that car if possible. There can't be that many 58 Olds convertibles left in Michigan. They all went to Sweden.

Driving on I-96 Across Michigan yesterday from Grand Rapids to the Detroit Area and saw a very "rough" '58 Convertible on the back of a car trailer.  Looked like it was sagging in the middle like a broken frame.

Anyone on the list involved in this?  Looked like it might have been a Chris Witt special ;-)
