Hello All,
I'm doing the usual spring store room clean up, and I came across a set
of disk brake rear axles and calipers. They came from a 70's Trans-am with
the 402 Olds package. I'm sorry to say that's about all I know. My Son
bought them for a project long ago given up on. I'm not even sure if there
for a 10 or 12 bolt housing. I'm a Volkswagen tech by trade, so tell me how
to tell and I'll post the answer. I do know the car was running when
wrecked, so they should be serviceable.
The calipers are complete with the parking brakes and cables. You should
consider them as needing to be rebuild as they have been off the car for
some time. The rotors are not grooved or cut up, but I would turn them to be
safe. I can "Mike" them if you wish. Also I can send pictures, just yell.
