Yes, when I had my '98 Wrangler I used Meguiar's Mirror glaze plastic cleaner on my windows. I sold the Jeep back in 2004 so it's been a while, but I seem to remember there was another product from Meguiar's that you could use first to polish out minor scratches in the windows. One thing I learned for sure, is never, ever use Windex or other type of glass cleaner on plastic windows as it makes the plastic brittle and scratch easier. I also used marine plastic window cleaner and polish that I bought from boating supply store locally. Can't remember the brand though.
