Anybody ever seen a Power Brakes Vacuum Hose Holder Bracket like this?

THis was on the latest 71 350 w/ cruise and AC. It's at the FRONT LH corner
of the engine. Why run the vacuum hose to the FRONT of the engine? Booster
is at LH REAR. Perhaps it used to be at the LH rear, and engine service
person failed to not where it came from and put it at the front instead?

I put WANTED photo in each ebay ad lately, seeking L69-ish Glass Bowl Fuel
Filter.
Guy right here in Lansing has one, as close as you can get, large knob,
filter in place, mounting bolt boss on top, anc dirt cheap too. Yay!
Now I just need one for my brother's setup... Then I can sell all the
not-quite-so-close units I have acquired over the years.
