SEMA has a history of helping with legislation concerning the antique car hobby. You may want to look at their newsletter and contact them to see what is going on with the New York effort. Try this website. If it doesn't get you where you need to be ask again and I will see what other addresses are available.

Gene -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Joe Ferrero - 1915 Oldsmobile Sent: Thursday, May 04, 2006 9:16 PM To: [email protected] Subject: junk car laws I live in NY, not far from Niagra Falls on 3 achers of land. I have a large barn that I am hanging lights in. I moved a half a dozen complete vehicles (that are unregistered) in the yard for 3 days to hang lights and was contacted by the local code enforcement officer. He informed me that I need to remove the vehicles from the property or get them back in the garage. Althogh this wont be a problem, the vehicles were neat and approximately 300 feet away from the road. This is obnoxious! How can we battle junk car laws?? thanks, Joe Ferrero 1915 Olds model 42 1947 olds 76 1948 olds 66 and others __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
