At least this time, Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D - RI) didn't crash an Oldsmobile! (it was a base model Mustang convertible)

BTW - I'm a Republican and there are screw-up on that side of the fence also (G. Gordon Liddy being one from the Watergate days).
