Just a couple weeks ago I bought a 2002 Ford Ranger Edge 4x2 regular cab pickup that has manual windows, door locks, mirrors, and transmission. It also has a plastic floor mat rather than carpeting, but does have air conditioning, cruise control, aluminum wheels, and a 6 disc CD changer radio. I bought this 31,000 mile beauty at a pretty good price too, apparently because not many people want to buy a truck without an extended cab or with a manual shift transmission. That didn't bother me a bit, because it was just about exactly what I was looking for.

Or going back even further, the original Ford Bronco and International
Scout. They were rough, crude, but served the purpose. But apparently the
market doesn't want such things these days. I often wonder if someone were
to come out with a similar vehicle today but with vinyl seats instead of
leather, crank windows instead of power, no A/C, etc., and a
commeasureately lower pricetag, if it would sell.
