Not according to GM anyhow.
My very BEST sources of info- 1972 PN Manual and 1966 Parts and
Illustrations manual- REFUSE to mention any sort of special bolt or
boltstud in those areas. In fact, they even neglect to include the one
long water pump bolt.
Sure, I can go get one out of the drawer and send it to the buyer and be
sure it's correct... but it would be nice to know the PN, just for
knowledge's sake.

Gm considered these to be hardware store items available locally. They
rarely needed replaced in normal service and you can make a serviceable
replacement from a hardware store bolt with a cutter and a die set to
clean up the threads. Certain other GM lines do not bother to list
various trim clips which routinely disintegrate upon trim removal by
part number. This is far more irritating than the bolts / studs.
