Subject: More on Milodon
I went to see my lawyer today on the Milodon fiasco. Milodon has accused me
of sending in engine parts that are not from the engine that had the
failure. They have made every excuse in the book to dodge and deflect the
issue. Basically, they are calling me a cheat and a thief.
So, I am proceeding on a law suit against them for damages. I am highly
confident that I will win.
More to come.
BTW - Summit has offered me a 20% discount on parts to get me back on the
road again.

Did you take lots of photos during the dismantling? Have independent
witnesses who saw the whole process from rebuild thru problems cropping up
thru teardown? That would be nice.
