Some refrigerant containers have a "dip tube" which draws refrigerant from the bottom of the container. Inverted container = gas. Some do not. Inverted container = liquid. Know your supplier.Regards, Fred
Fred's right. All of my R12 one pound cans and 30 pound tanks do not have siphon tubes and *must* be held upright to get gas.
