It's not about the science, it's about control. EPA is a big bureaucracy.
They have to justify their existence.
I know. Unfortunately, DOD and NASA are the same way. It's a miracle we
don't have more accidents in space launch and in orbit. As for combat, we
win only because of our superb Combat Warriors, not because of any support
from DOD at the Pentagon. I can document both of those statements. It's not
pretty.
I am well stocked with the current formulation of Rotella T. I have
spoken with several Shell reps who swear that the new formulation will
meet or exceed the performance of the current one. As you can tell, I'm
taking a wait and see attitude.
Good idea. I am leaning toward Pennzoil Racing Oil, even though I could get
cases upon cases of Rotella T from Flint Oil, the Tucson Shell distributor.
