Yes it is!!!! Found out that my hard working, college degree'd nephew was 
informed the day after the birth of his first-born son, that his residential 
development manager job in Lansing was being "phased out".  They would let him 
"stay on" painting the interior of new homes for $10.00 per hour.  What a "slap 
in the face". My advice - pack up your new family and move away from the "rust 
belt"!!
