The "R2" is a 2:56 open rear. Ask me how I know :-(

I am trying to find out if this rear end came with these gears or if
they have been changed out at some time.
I don't have a 71 manual, and can't find the listing in the 69, 70 or 73
manual I have. The gear count is 41-11.
I think the code reads--R2 02 46. That last 4 might not be a 4, very
hard to read. Please see photos. Note password (looksee)
