ROP Board

I was told by the List some time back the ROP Board crashed and everyone had 
to reregister. A few minutes ago, I went to the ROP Board new website at 
http://72.22.90.30/phpBB2/index.php and attempted to reregister. I had 
intended to post something. I proceeded to get the run-around. First, it 
wouldn't accept my username. When I finally got a user name accepted, then I 
was informed someone else already had my E-mail address. I can guarantee no 
one else on this planet has my e-mail address. It acted as if I were already 
registered. When I tried to send to ROP to get my current user name and 
password using my E-mail address, the website refused to let me.

Can someone tell me how to contact ROP and straighten this out???
