Rumor has it the giant lettering off the Olds administration bldg might possibly be available before they swing the wrecking ball, which will likely be Real Soon Now.

The company might just let a crew salvage the lettering, but will not supply any equipment at all.

Anyone know someone with say a crane that could help remove the lettering?

I am going to GUESS they are oh maybe 10 ft tall letters. 10 on one side, maybe smaller 10 on the other side?

I might be able to arrange trailering off the site, and maybe land to store the things on until the Museum can find a place for them.

Perhaps lots of rope and just lower them gently to the ground?

I have had all my daytime hours taken away, so can no longer participate much in such projects except after 5pm or on weekends.

Maybe the crane/ time can be written off as donation to the Olds History Center?
