I'm having a problem with a 65 olds and the turn signal canceling mechanism.
The signals don't cancel when the wheel is turned back to it's straight-ahead position.

I took the steering wheel off, and can't find anything wrong with the turn signal mechanism.  I am wondering if somehow there could be a piece missing that the turn signal cam is supposed to hit as the wheel is turned back to turn the signals off.

Also, this has the deluxe 2-spoke steering wheel on it.  Do the hand grips go above the spokes in the wheel or below?  I didn't realize this until I took the wheel off and now I'm trying to put it back on and I'm not sure what is right.

Thanks!
