Listmembers, Since we've got a lull in postings, I thought I'd pose a question about a part I was given:
This seems to be an accessory clip-on mirror for the sun visor. It has six places to write miles or dates on for checking battery, changing oil, lubrication(?), checking spark plugs, tuning the motor and one just labeled "mileage." It's definitely dated, and the Olds logo is the one from the OCA logo. The name "De Luxe" is on the bottom, that's about all the information about it I can find. With it having that old of a logo (before the "planet" and "rocket" logos), any idea on how old it is? The silvering is "pockmarked" in places but it's still OK, good enough to display in my old-time garage motif planned for the house/garage I'm renovating.
