That wheel treatment can't be too good for ride quality OR brake cooling... This is probably the kind of thing that happens to stolen cars (re-vinned or course). Nobody would recognize their car if it looked like this... For some reason that pic reminds me of John's Monte when it was theft-recovered, containing size 20 basketball shoes and an R-Kelly CD...
