Just got to thinking about the MADD part of your message below. I think a breathalyzer is a good idea for a person with a DWI conviction, but for the rest of us that know better than to drink and drive (and ABSOLUTELY do NOT drive if even the least bit buzzed), I believe it is overkill and leaves gaping holes in our privacy.
Seriously, there are people out there who use cell phones, piddle with the radio, put on makeup, READ A BOOK (yep, saw that on the way to work this morning), shave, eat breakfast, or try to type on a blackberry or trio while driving.
