I bought a NOS '67 Toronado Water Heater Valve on-line. This is the vacuum controlled valve that scews into the rear of the intake manifold, then has an output to which the heater hose attaches. It came in an AC/Delco box, but the markings are Radco. It certainly appears period and original. It was not too expensive, but I paid more than I would have if it was not OEM NOS. Did I get taken or is this normal? Radco made a lot of different valves for GM as well as Ford so I am sure it was NOS. GM and all car makers contract outside venders to make a lot of their stuff.
