Limited attendee list to 20 users, 21 if the user is attending. This is needed
to drive the attendance logic and so the user can see themselves.
As a side note: The last checking also had a change that made the thumbnail
file have the t.jpg suffix instead of the _thumb.jpg suffix. The same file
generator can now be used.
