All,
We still have a number of issues to be fixed before the release. Most
of these now are on the rails side.
In the process of testing it appears that more bugs have been
encountered, so we need to fix the following rails issues. Prashant has
also encountered a number of doc errors but he's fixing them so as to
off-load Will.
Amanda or Prashant: If you have patches for any of these issues, please
send them to Will.
OLIO-62: Rails Driver does not check the responseBody of doAddPerson or
doAddEvent POSTs for flash messages indicating an error occured
OLIO-63: db name in dbloader.sh needs to be up to date.
OLIO-64: URL to geocoder is incorrect
OLIO-66: Fileloader NumberFormatException.
OLIO-67: Event literature pdf names are inconsistent with what the application
expects
OLIO-68: thumbnail image names are inconsistent across Rails application and
Fileloader
And here are the pending items from the original task list:
OLIO-60: Update the rails db and file loaders from the php version
OLIO-51: new db scale (100x Users) for rails app
OLIO-29: Driver does not check for accuracy in throughput to determine
pass/fail (rails)
. Update setup instructions to work on released tar bundle
Status: Done for PHP, needs to be checked in
. Update spec doc
Status: Pending. I think we won't get to this so I'm taking it off the list.
. Add top-level ant script for each implementation to build release
Status: Akara's working on it. PHP version tested, rails being added
. Add release notes
Status: pending
. Add download links to web page.
Status: pending (can only be done after release frozen)
. Create and test release. Get keys and sign release.
Status: KEYS file created. Release created for PHP (not yet tested).
