This is possibly related to OLIO-103 in fact I was confident of it until I
downloaded the app from svn and with minimal setup ran a test which failed with
Average images on Tag Search Results = 0. I then stopped the app, cleaned out
the cache and restarted and it worked fine. There was no cache data on the
initial run that failed. Needs further investigation.
