With the new services/tools infrastructure in Faban, we should no longer rely
on service calls coded into the benchmark class. The new services/tools
infrastructure is all configuration file based. We need to 1) remove the calls,
and 2) change the config file and config form to include the new services.
Note: the time estimate includes the time for creating non-existing services
and tools.
