I upgraded faban to the latest version (091109), the problem is gone.
I just check "netstat" to see if the driver connect to webserver right
or not.

I  happened to find this problem when I analyzed the throughput
dropping issue when adding number of webservers from 2 to 3. However
this problem should not be the reason for the throughput dropping.
