Heads-up on another large commit to Java

Kim and others,
Just to let you know that I'm working to fix license headers based on 
my intial rat run. This is turning out to be a nightmare as we have a 
ton of third-party code included in the webapp.
Before I commit, I will test to make sure I didn't screw up anything 
badly, but thought I'd send out a notice.
If anyone else wants to help me test before I commit, please let me 
know. I'll send you a tarball. That way, we ensure everything is 
pristine before commit.
