Please, please take care when you are updating any third-party code. The current file structures need to be maintained. This means taking out any license files, adding apache headers etc.

I had cleaned up all the license issues for rails before the 0.1
release. Now I find that all of the issues have come up again ! It is a
very painful process to go back and fix all of this all over again.
