The zip file still has the wrong doc.  The .tar.gz is correct.  Are you going 
to distribute both?

I figured the other issue was a faban one.

Alright. Indeed, the packaging script was incorrectly packaging the setup 
script. I've fixed that now and re-spun the java binary release alone.

James - can you please reply to the original VOTE message that this issue is 
fixed and add your +1 ? That way, when I send a ptr. to the mail thread to the 
PMC, it is clear that there are no show-stoppers.

By the way, regarding your issue on windows/linux boxes, it is actually a faban 
issue - not Olio. I've asked Akara to file a ticket on it. It's a little more 
work than your suggested fix.
