The attached patch solves these issues and, also, fixes some HTML tags into the
comment list view as well as removes some junk texts.
NB: The patch has been made from the stable release (0.2) and as a result
suppose that a directory called "apache-olio-rails-0.2" exists in the current
directory where "patch -p0 < PATCH_NAME" is executed. Sorry for the
inconvenience...
