As I proposed to use the olpc.ch wiki as a reservation system for the two XOs, I now started a reservation page: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Switzerland/XOReservationSystem (and I learned that tables are a pain in mediawiki (compared to tables in TWiki ;-) ) Please feel free to improve...
