Hello to all of you :-) My name is Cécile Wyler, 43 years old and I live in Prilly (near Lausanne) with husband and daughter.
Since September '08, I've been busy doing translating for OLPC, and translated into french all that had been publishd on Floss manuals for the XO user and am now in the process of translating the Sugar guide. Why ? Because after reading about OLPC in "Worldchanging: user's guide for the 21st century", I was curious, read more on the internet and found this project to be a perfect example of what can/should be done and got to work ! And of course, my husband and I also sponsored some laptops... and so did some of our friends we talked to about OLPC. I look forward to the conclusions of the January 9, 09 meeting to decide if I want to get more involved in this project. FYI, I was meetings and publications' coordinator in the sientific neurological field and an exhibition and publications' coordinator in a swiss museum as well as proof reader. I also learned Neuro-Linguistic Programming and life coaching. I'm very happy to be involved in this great project !! Kind regards to all, Cécile
