People are reaching out to schools everywhere, but it's important to give extra emphasis to those unis. Considering that we haven't yet saturated schools in Peru or Uruguay with correspondence, I'm guessing that this hasn't yet been aggressive enough. I'm in touch with some localization lists in the area, but please pass it on to others. It is worth pointing out (to help people pass it on to others at their own school) that this proposal isn't a competition among proposals, but an effort to see how many, working together, can be successful. > 4.
