Split - Bol (Island od Brac), September 16-18, 2015 First Call for Papers 23rd International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2015) The 23rd International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2015) is co-organized by University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS). Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors of the selected papers will be invited to submit a revised and extended version of their manuscripts for possible publication in the Journal of Communications Software and Systems (JCOMSS).
