Orlando, USA, 6-10 November 2017

Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and IEEETechnical Committee of Scalable
Computing (TCSC)

 INTRODUCTION

---------------------

The modern digitized world has led to theemergence of a new paradigm on global
information networks and infrastructuresknown as Cyberspace and the studies of
Cybernetics, which bring seamlessintegration of physical, social and mental
spaces. Cyberspace is becoming anintegral part of our daily life from learning
and entertainment to business andcultural activities. As expected, this whole
concept of Cybernetics brings newchallenges that need to be tackled.

To address these emerging challenges, thereis a need to establish new science
and research portfolios that incorporatecyber-physical, cyber-social and
cyber-mental technologies together in acoherent manner to deliver the vision of
Cyberspace. This is the aim of the2017 IEEE Cyber Science and Technology
Congress (CyberSciTech 2017) to offer acommon platform for scientists,
researchers and engineers to share their latestideas and to exchange the latest
developments and outcomes in their researchand technologies, with a broad scope
of cyber-related science, technology andapplication topics. CyberSciTech 2017
covers four main research tracksincluding but not limited the following areas
or topics.
