Hi Chris,

many thanks, I was supposed to type .6 instead .9 but for some reason my fingers cheated over my brain :P

What do you think should be better? Like, the original app name was Mandriva Management Console AFAIK, but OpenMandriva Management Control Centre sounds better for this occasion. So it becomes:

"OpenMandriva Association is glad to announce that today was Released OpenMandriva 2013.0-rc1!

As features from this release you can notice a a up-to-date kernel version 3.11.6 with several patches focused into performance (such as BFS, BFQ, UKSM and so on), also OpenMandriva provides a up-to-date and stable user-space libraries, drivers, high hardware-compatibility and uses 4.11.2 KDE version as Display Manager. OpenMandriva 2013.0-rc1 brings OpenMandriva Management Control Center (MMC) in order to provide a very easy to use system administration interface to final user, making tasks as install packages ; configure services ; configure the system much more easier
than usual.
We are working hard and according with the schedule, https://wiki.openmandriva.org/en/2013.0_release_plan
RC2 to come on November 15! "

What do you guys think?

Corrections (Typos): I notice that we are running kernel 3.11.6. Is it "Mandriva Management Console" or "
OpenMandriva Management Control Center (MCC)"?

Chris
