Tomasz,
I do not know  who but I do know that NO iso's should have been pushed until 
there was QA approval. Otherwise there is no point in having QA. 
The final approval is not until 21st Nov 24:00 UTC until then those isos that 
have been pushed should be in quarantine.
I will speak to Raph if I can get hold of him. I assume there must be others 
who have the necessary credentials perhaps you could advise.
