You need progress towards "done" as well as a fallback/bailout risk assessment (see Fedora for ideas). You also need to at least populate _SOME_ feature in the wiki so anyone submitting a feature has some idea of the feature process, and how to successfully navigate the RFE process, what format is expected, etc etc. Its not about just setting up a wiki ... that is the easy part ;-). hth 73 de Jeff
