I'm not English native speaker, so my words can be misunderstood :( Instead of enforce I mean deploy, and yes process for this case needs to be developed and accepted by TC, but idea is to first have a person who can spare his free time to work on this.Ofcourse process for developing a process needs to be established, to have a successful release.
